HOPE AND SOUL NEWS

Happy New Year to all our wonderful supporters, we may be well into January 2025 but this update will be a rewind on our November and December adventures of 2024, stay with me..

I finished my previous newsletter with a note about travelling back to the UK in September, I am pleased to say the trip back to Tanzania at the beginning of October went well.

Six weeks prior to the 2nd of September six of our Hope and Soul mothers had been attending daily classes in Microfinance and running a small business.

Sadly in my memory August 2024 will be remembered as the month that my house was broken into. It was an incredible month for Hope and Soul but this seriously low blow personally was a tough one.

The beginning of July after ensuring all children were back at school safely I was fortunate enough to enjoy a few days in Zanzibar with our Hope and Soul volunteer Eden from USA and two of our friends from Kenya.
